It is unfortunate that a great tourist town, like Spokane, does not have a good park. This one is four miles from downtown and has lots of trees. Spaces are small, (we witnessed two collisions between fifth wheels and trucks trying to park) and the interstate is next to the park creating lots of noise. Rest rooms are old and many things need repainting. Permanent residence have sad old cars and living units. Permanent residence screaming kids complete the scene. My rate was the nightly rate for a month.
This is what an RV Park should be. Wide sites, good grass, nice trees and everything to perfection. Staff was very helpful and present. Rest rooms and showers very clean. Free breakfast is a fun touch. Don't know when I will be in Arco again, but if I am this is where I will stay.
We stayed here for three weeks. Great location one half mile from downtown. Park is simple and well maintained with helpful and friendly owners. It is one of my favorites. WiFi worked well. We will come back.
OK for one night, but no more. This park is next to a stagnent river that breeds masses of mosquitos. Difficult to be outside. Cottonwood trees make a mess of RV, and back of Park has been turned into a ghetto by full time residents. (Furniture, tables, suitcases etc. stacked in front of trailers.) Nasty owner refused to let us move to another space. Porta Podies and dumpster at rear of park complete the scene.
This is a good park and I will come back here. The location right along the freeway is convenient, but not a problem as a high decorative fence eliminates all noise and sight of traffic. About a mile and a half to downtown Provo with a great train museum and good restaurants. Helpful staff at counter.
